This form is for one team only. If you are flying in other team(s), each team will need its own entry.
After 15 August 2025 this pre entry form will close. Entry at the competition may be possible at the discretion of the CD, but priority will be given to those who have pre-entered, there will be a 50% surcharge, and payment must be made in cash before competing. No discount will be made for fees already paid.
